11.40am: Police are on the look out for a large blue sedan with damage to its rear bumper which allegedly left the scene of a collision at Allenstown Plaza.
It was reported the vehicle struck an elderly man around 11.30am Tuesday.
He is said to be ‘dazed and unwell’.
