Man in 30s bitten by snake at Farnborough taken to Yeppoon Hospital
Another person has been bitten by a snake at a home at night in the Rockhampton region, according to QAS.

A man in his 30s has been taken to hospital after being bitten by a snake near Farnborough.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the bite occurred at a home just after midnight.
The man was taken to Yeppoon Hospital, also known as Capricorn Coast Hospital and Health Service, in a stable condition.
It is the latest in a string of snake bites in Central Queensland this summer.
Only two days prior, a man was rushed to Rockhampton Hospital after a reported snake bite at a Frenchville home just after midnight.
Last weekend, two women were bitten by snakes in the Gladstone region.
Sadly, a 16-year-old boy passed away late last year after being struck by a brown snake at his family home.
Beau Horan was bitten on Monday, November 25 in Wurdong Heights, south of Gladstone.
He was rushed to Gladstone Hospital and was later flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, where he tragically passed away.
The Queensland Ambulance Service have advised Central Queenslanders to ‘leave snakes alone’ during the peak summer months.
