Jaydon Morris Leahy charged with assault occasioning bodily harm
The partner of a Gracemere woman who was missing over Christmas has been charged with assault, evading police and dangerous operation of a vehicle following the drama.

The partner of a Gracemere woman who was missing over Christmas has had charges laid from this missing period mentioned in court.
Jaydon Morris Leahy, 33, has been charged with one count of assault occasioning bodily harm, one of evading police, two of obstructing police, one of stealing, three of wilful damage and one of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Krystal Phillips, 32, was reported missing on Christmas Eve and at that time had been last seen on Old Byfield Road, Cobraball, about 8.15pm that night.
Police will allege Ms Phillips was travelling with Mr Leahy and the vehicle they were travelling in failed to stop for police on Christmas Eve.
It will be alleged Mr Leahy was the driver and carried out a fuel drive-off at a Gympie petrol station on Christmas morning.
The vehicle was allegedly sighted on the Warrego Highway at Miles about 10.50am on Boxing Day.
Speaking to media on Monday afternoon, acting officer in charge of Rockhampton CIB Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Jason Milner said the woman hadn‘t contacted any family during the period she went missing.
Det Act Sen Sergeant Milner said the woman also had facial injuries when she was last seen.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Police Service said the man and woman were found early Monday evening north of Tambo.
The woman was found safe and was receiving medical attention.
Mr Leahy was charged and remanded in custody.
His matters were mentioned in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on December 29 where he did not apply for bail, was remanded in custody and his matters were adjourned until January 19.
