Showers are more likely on Friday when the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts a slight (30 per cent) chance of rain.

The UV index is predicted to be 7. There is a high risk of harm from sun exposure. Experts suggest reducing sun exposure around noon, using eye protection, sunscreen and cover up to protect from sunburn.

Winds will be south-southeast around 13 km/h in the morning shifting to east-southeast around 14 km/h in the afternoon.
