UPDATE 12.35pm: A man in his 20s reportedly suffered extensive but superficial burns and has been transported to Gladstone Hospital.
His condition is said to be stable.
QFES remained on scene fighting the house fire.
12.10pm Emergency services are on their way to a reported house fire in Gladstone.
QAS hasn’t been alerted yet whether anybody is inside the private residence.
