A driver has been taken by police to get a blood sample test following a single vehicle crash at Nerimbera in Rockhampton.
The crash occurred on St Christopher Chapel Rd in Nerimbera at 12.42am, with a male driver hitting an embankment, according to a Queensland Police Service spokeswoman.
The driver allegedly appeared heavily intoxicated and was taken to get a blood sample, the QPS spokeswoman said.
Two fire crews attended the scene and arrived around 1am a Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said.
