Covid: Infectious woman travelled to Central Queensland for 3 days
The woman was an external contractor working on the Rookwood Weir project west of Rockhampton and tested positive to COVID-19.

Contact tracing is underway for a Brisbane woman who travelled to Rockhampton last week for three days to work on the Rookwood Weir project.
According to Queensland Health, the woman travelled to Rockhampton by plane at 8.30am on July 28 on QF2362 and returned to Brisbane at 6.40pm on July 30 on QF2365.
The woman was an external contractor working on the Rookwood Weir project west of Rockhampton and tested positive to COVID-19 on July 31 after returning to Brisbane. It is believed she was infectious since July 28.
Queensland Health is working with the project team to test employees at the Rookwood Weir work camp.
According to Queensland Health, work on site has stopped and workers have been isolated to their rooms for 14 days of quarantine. Other workers from the Rookwood project who have left the site have also been contacted and told to isolate for 14 days.
Queensland Health is contacting those who were in the same aircraft and others identified as close or casual contacts.
Testing clinic hours in Rockhampton’s CQUniversity fever clinic have been extended.
