UPDATE 2pm: The patients have been transported to Gladstone Hospital

1pm: A truck carrying a load of cattle has been involved in an accident south of Miriam Vale.

Police are going to Blackman Gap Road near the township of Colosseum to assist with traffic control.

Three people are involved: two 47-year old adults and an 11-year old child.

The woman is reported to have chest pains, and the child has lower abdominal pains.
