A young driver will front court after his car crashed into the fence of the South Rockhampton Cemetery on Thursday, narrowly missing a grave.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle accident on Prospect Street, Allenstown, about 11am on March 14.
A 21-year-old Biloela man was issued a Notice to Appear in court for unlicensed and unregistered driving.
He will appear in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on March 29.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics transported a male in his 20s to Rockhampton Hospital with a knee injury.
A section of the fence and the car were towed away shortly after the accident.
Rockhampton Regional Council advised at the time of the incident it was inspecting the site and making arrangements for repairs.
