Cannabis busts, unlawful firearms found in police searches at Deepwater
Detectives and police have carried out three search warrants at homes between Agnes Water and Bundaberg leading to six people being charged with a range of alleged explosives, drugs, and firearm offences.

Search warrants carried out at homes near Agnes Water, have uncovered almost 200 cannabis plants, growing equipment and stolen and unlawful firearms, police allege.
On Monday, May 6, Gladstone detectives, Agnes Water police and Rosedale police carried out search warrants at three addresses in Deepwater, a town of 200 people, 50 minutes south of Agnes Water.
The drug busts resulted in a combined 24 charges against four men and two women from Deepwater, Gold Coast and Bundaberg.
SEARCH WARRANT, CAPRICORNIA DRIVE
The search warrant was executed at 9am where it is alleged an amount of cannabis and growing equipment was found.
A 40-year-old Deepwater man was charged with one count of producing dangerous drugs, one count of possess anything used in the commission of a crime, one count of possessing dangerous drugs and one count of possess utensils that had been used.
He is set to appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on May 29.
A 36-year-old Deepwater woman was charged with one count of possess dangerous drugs and one count of possess utensils that had been used.

SEARCH WARRANT, MATCHBOX ROAD
Police attended Matchbox Rd at 11am where they allegedly located an amount of cannabis and a stolen firearm.
A 61-year-old Deepwater man was charged with one count of possess dangerous drugs, one count of possess utensils that had been used, one count of unlawful possession of weapon and one count of authority required to possess explosives.
He is set to appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on May 29.
SEARCH WARRANT, MAUDE HILL ROAD
Gladstone detectives attended a Maude Hill Rd address at 12pm and allegedly located 187 cannabis plants, growing equipment, multiple bags of cannabis, utensils and a firearm and charged three people.
A 38-year-old Labrador man was charged with one count of producing dangerous drugs, one count of possess anything used in the commission of a crime, two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, one count of possess utensils that had been used, one count of unlawful possession of weapons and one count of authority required to possess explosives.
