AFTER being brought to Capricornia Correctional Centre to be closer to his family, jailed bikie Jimmy O'Brien has been sent back to the Woodford Correctional Centre.
The former Rebels' member is already in solitary confinement in the Newman government's bikies-only jail at Woodford.
O'Brien (pictured) is serving a 14-year sentence for a 2008 conviction for producing and trafficking dangerous drugs.
Premier Campbell Newman last year revealed the maximum security "super jail" would provide an unprecedented level of monitoring, with prisoners receiving as little as one hour a day out of their cells.
Mr Newman said there would be increased drug testing and cell searches. O'Brien's lawyer from the 2008 trial has condemned the Newman government's decision to move Jimmy and described the new bikie legislation as "draconian".
