Robert Irwin has conquered the US after winning Dancing with the Stars, sparking speculation as to what his next move would be.
Already well-loved in Australia, the US success has boosted the young Irwin’s stardom, bringing his Instagram following above nine million, along with just under 10 million on TikTok.
Now the 21-year-old’s biggest problem would be working out which opportunities to prioritise, according to Saxton Speakers brand and partnerships general manager Jess Lay.
Cautioning she was not connected to the Irwins, but speaking hypothetically, she said it would depend on what Robert wanted to do, but his own television show would be very much on the cards.

“You have to strike while the iron’s hot when talent is successful,” Ms Lay said.
“The money in the US would be ten times what he would make here.”
Given his first priority is wildlife conservation, she said long-term, authentic partnerships should be prioritised.
“It’s a balance about exposure, what he wants to do, the messaging he wants to get out,” Ms Lay said.
“If it’s about animal conservation, education, he could probably do some commercial work to get the money.”
To lower the risk of oversaturation, she would recommend he wouldn’t double up on the same categories, so perhaps one television show at a time.
“It’s all about timing — you would look at calendars, see what he can physically do as well.”
She said if he wanted to, he could likely get his own television show and follow in his father’s footsteps.
The young Irwin has experience as a co-producer on Crikey! It’s the Irwins, and hosting experience with I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
Lifting the trophy was a full-circle moment for Robert, following his sister Bindi’s win in 2015.
“Bindi inspired me so much as I watched her journey a decade ago,” Robert said in a social media post.
“Every week I represented my home at Australia Zoo, our charity — Wildlife Warriors, and a legacy that is so important to me.
“I lift this mirrorball trophy with a sense of gratitude that my message and everything I stand for was recognised in that ballroom.
“The lessons I learned and friendships that I have formed will be part of me forever.”
He’s insisted family is his priority.
“They moved all the way out from Australia for three months to support me and be there for me every step of the way,” he said.
“Bindi, you inspired me to embark on this adventure, and I have you to thank for setting me on the course to take this remarkable journey.”
With more than a little help from AI, we posed the question: Assuming the role of his agent, what’s next for Irwin?
This is the wild, bizarre and hilarious AI response of Irwin’s global takeover >>>
PHASE 1: HOLLYWOOD MEGAFAME
“Crikey … but make it cinematic.”
First, we launch Robert into the kind of blockbuster career arc that feels like it was storyboarded by a caffeinated studio intern. His breakout role?
Robert Irwin as the new Indiana Jones, swinging from a vine while a CGI cassowary chases him through a temple.
Then we follow up with a gritty superhero reboot:
Robert as The Kangaroo, a vigilante who fights crime with eco-friendly boomerangs. Cape made from recycled fishing nets. Poster tagline: “Bound for Justice.”
Next, he becomes the first Australian to star in a live-action remake of The Lion King:
Robert holding a baby lion aloft on Pride Rock while Beyoncé looks on approvingly.
PHASE 2: MUSIC DOMINATION
“From wildlife warrior to pop-chart carnivore.”
Strike while the mirrorball is still warm — drop a debut single.
So what does that look like? Robert on a neon-soaked album cover titled ‘Crikey … That’s a Beat!’
The sound? Think Harry Styles meets Steve Irwin meets the Bindi workout mixtape from 2007.
His first music video: Robert dancing shirtless in a wind machine while a crocodile DJ drops the beat.
We follow it up with a stadium tour sponsored by Australia Zoo.
It’s Robert performing onstage surrounded by backup dancers dressed as zebra-crossings.
PHASE 3: GLOBAL EVENTS TAKEOVER
“Why stop at entertainment when you can run the world?”
He hosts the Super Bowl halftime show: Robert riding onto the field on a camel wearing sequins.
Then we get him to light the Paris Olympic flame using a magnifying glass and pure Aussie sunshine.
Or Robert torch-bearing atop the Eiffel Tower. Kangaroo nearby for no logical reason.
Next, he becomes the surprise guest referee at WrestleMania: Picture Robert body-slamming a wrestler dressed as a giant snake.
PHASE 4: MERCH, BABY.
We unleash: The Crikey! Cologne (“notes of eucalyptus and mild danger”)
Robert-branded hiking boots that scream “ethical swagger”.
Maybe even a Netflix docu-musical-action-rom-com titled Irwin Unleashed.
