Dr Littlewood has a Masters of Medical Science and PhD in Paediatric Nutrition.

She hopes that by taking part being able to answer questions from Queenslanders she might help some readers to start making healthier choices.

“Being overweight or obese has many health implications at any age such as heart disease and diabetes, and that simple dietary changes for the whole family can make a big difference to all,” Dr Littlewood said.

“Obesity is reversible and it is never too late to start making these changes.”
