Insults fly as Bleijie sprays Labor over CFMEU ‘thugs’

Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie and his Labor counterpart Grace Grace traded bitter insults when they clashed over the CFMEU in parliament on Thursday.

Parliament kicked off with a bang on Thursday, with Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie and Labor MP Grace Grace going for eachother’s throat.

Mr Bleijie declared several Labor MPs CFMEU-protecting “thugs” and pointed at Ms Grace as the “biggest” of them all.

It prompted the Ms Grace to fire back.

“You are not fit to be Deputy Premier,” she said.
