Man charged after alleged stabbing west of Brisbane
A man has been charged after an altercation in which another man was allegedly stabbed at Ipswich on Saturday night.

A man has appeared in court charged over an alleged stabbing at Ipswich on Saturday night.
Kris William Griffiths, 46, of Goodna, has been charged with one count of acts intended to maim, disfigure or disable after an altercation in Caldwell St, Goodna, about 10.20pm.
A 42-year-old One Mile man with significant neck and leg injuries.
The victim was taken to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
The men were believed to be known to each other.
The matter was mentioned in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday morning, and was adjourned for one day.
Griffiths was remanded in custody.
