One dead, two cars engulfed in flames after head-on in Priestdale
A woman has died and her partner left in a serious condition after a head-on collision south of Brisbane that left two vehicles in flames.

A woman in her 30s has died following a fiery head-on crash in Priestdale, south of Brisbane.
The accident happened on Ford Rd just after 1pm on Saturday afternoon.
Police say early investigations suggest the vehicles were travelling in opposite directions when they clipped each other, crashed and then burst into flames.
The woman, who was a passenger in one of the cars, was pronounced dead at the scene despite the efforts of paramedics.
Her partner was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
The east side of Priestdale Rd and Ford Rd were closed, with motorists urge to avoid the area or expect long delays.
