A four-bedroom unit in Noosa Heads was the most expensive sale reported in Noosa last week.

The property at 9/81 Hastings Street sold for $12.5 million by private sale.

The cheapest property was a one-bedroom unit at 58/73 Hilton Terrace, which sold for $420,000 by private sale.
