Noosa real estate: The latest auction and sales results for week ending March 15

Noosa recorded five property sales over a million dollars last week, the latest auction and sales results reveal.

A four-bedroom house in Sunrise Beach was the most expensive sale reported in Noosa last week.

The property at 66 Tingira Crescent sold for $9.8 million by private sale.

The cheapest property was a three-bedroom house at 4 Greenway Court, which sold for $1.2 million by private sale.

A total of two properties were sold via auction last week.
