‘New girlfriends’ wanted: Qld business tycoon’s wife’s Insta proposition

The wife of a high-profile Gold Coast businessman has put out a request for ‘hot girls’ to join the duo.

Calling all “hot girls” - playboy Gold Coast businessman Travers “The Candyman” Beynon and his wife want you.

The colourful Glitter Strip couple, who have shared their opulent “Candyshop Mansion” with a bevy of live-in “girlfriends”, are on the hunt for new playmates.

Mr Beynon, the Free Choice tobacco tycoon, had flaunted his playboy lifestyle on Instagram but had been mysteriously absent from social media for months and also shelved his decadent annual Christmas parties at the riverfront mansion at Helensvale.

But after a couriermail.com.au story last month questioned if all was sweet with the Candyman, he bounced back on Instagram with a vengeance.

Now, wife Taesha has also launched her own Insta account which has already amassed more than 17,000 followers since making her first post less than a week ago.

Her profile says she’s “married to Travers Beynon … hot girls welcome (with a wink emoji).”

“The only man for me, but we are looking for new girlfriends,” the profile reads.

Mr Beynon has posted prolifically since making his social media comeback through his @travisbeynonofficial and @candyshopmansion accounts.

His posts have included plenty of pics of him and Taesha and together at the mansion, in their black Rolls Royce emblazoned with the Free Choice logo, working out at the gym and on a family holiday with kids Lucciana and Valentino.

But the absence of “girlfriends” from his posts has been noted by followers, which may explain Mrs Beynon’s “hot girls welcome” pitch.
