New close contact exposure sites revealed linked to Qantas flight attendant Delta strain
A Woolworths, First Choice Liquor store and a fish and chip shop have been added to new Brisbane Covid exposure sites linked to a Qantas flight attendant carrying the Delta strain.

Queensland Health has released a list of new public exposure sites in Brisbane visited by the Qantas flight attendant who was carrying the highly-contagious Delta strain of Covid-19.
On Sunday, July 18, the infected person visited the Hook’d on Seafood takeaway shop at Michael Ave, Morayfield at 4pm and First Choice Liquor, Morayfield at 4.18pm.
They then went to Woolworths Sandgate on Bowser Parade at 1.30pm on Tuesday, July 20.
Anyone at Hook’d On Seafood and the First Choice Liquor sites at those times is a close contact and must get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result.
Anyone who visited the Woolworths site is classified as a casual contact.
A Queensland Health spokesman also confirmed that all passengers on the six flights that the infected air hostess travelled on during July 11 and July 12 had been upgraded to close contacts.

Close contact: Sunday, July 18, between 4pm and 4.18pm – Hook’d on Seafood, 87/91 Michael Ave, Morayfield
Close contact: Sunday, July 18, between 4.18pm and 4.25pm – First Choice Liquor, corner of Morayfield Rd and Michael Ave, Morayfield
Casual contact: Tuesday, July 20, between 1.30pm and 1.45pm – Woolworths Sandgate, Bowser Parade, Sandgate
Health authorities are scrambling to contain the Covid crisis after the airline attendant roamed thousands of kilometres across the state while infected with the highly-contagious strain.
Despite calling in sick to work – it was revealed the flight attendant visited a number of restaurant, shops, liquor stores and even Dreamworld.
Queensland recorded no new cases of Covid in the past 24 hours to Saturday morning however.
