A person is in a serious condition in hospital after being trapped in a car following a multi-vehicle crash near Logan on Monday.
Police and ambulance services were called to Mount Lindesay Highway at Jimboomba about 5pm following multiple reports of a serious crash involving at least two vehicles.
One patient was flown by rescue helicopter in a serious condition to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Three patients were transported by road, including two stable and one serious to the same hospital. A man in his 80s was among those injured.
It is understood Mount Lindesay Highway at Jimboomba was closed for several hours after the crash.
