Motorcyclists die in separate crashes

Two men have died in separate motorcycle incidents in regional Queensland on Sunday.
A 32-year-old male motorbike rider died was driving on Woodgate Road at Woodgate, between Bundaberg and Hervey Bay, around 1.50pm when he collided with a car.
The Bundaberg North man died at the scene. Two occupants of the car were not physically injured.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have dashcam footage to contact them.
In the second crash, an elderly man died after his motorbike struck a tree off a Scenic Rim highway around 11am.
The 71-year-old man was riding along Mt Lindsay Highway at Palen Creek when, according to initial police reports, his motorcycle failed to traverse a bend.
He then left the roadway and struck a tree.
The Waterford man died at the scene.
Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit are continuing for both crashes.
