A man was flown out of the Scenic Rim with serious injuries after he was reportedly trapped underneath a quad bike.
The 57-year-old sustained serious injuries including burns to his face and hands on a property on Mt Barney Rd at Barney View, around 35 minutes south west of Beaudesert, Saturday night.
The incident was first reported at 11.15pm Saturday, with the high acuity response unit dispatched from the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.
A Police spokeswoman said the incident occurred on private property and the cause of the quad bike accident is unknown.
