Man in his 40s charged with raping 14-year-old girl
A man in his 40s has been charged by police, accused of raping a young teenage girl in Redland Bay.

A man has been charged with raping a young teenage girl more than half his age in Redland Bay earlier this week.
Officers from the Wynnum Child Protection and Investigation Unit on Saturday charged a 41-year-old Macleay Island man with raping a 14-year-old girl.
It will be alleged that the man and his victim knew each other.
The man was also charged with the indecent treatment of a child under 16 (procure to commit), using the internet to procure a child under 16, and intentionally meeting or going to meet the child.
The man was remanded in custody to appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on Monday.
