A man has been flown to a Brisbane hospital after coming off his motorbike near Beerwah.

A man has been flown to hospital in a serious condition after a serious motorcycle crash in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
The man came off his motorcycle around 2pm on Peachester Rd, about 10km inland from Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast.
An ambulance spokesperson said that the man was recovered from the bottom of an embankment, while the circumstances leading up to the crash are not known.
After receiving treatment at the scene, the man was flown by helicopter to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a serious condition with chest and head injuries.
No other people were injured.
