A man has died in a boating incident on the Gold Coast.
The man, aged 51, was killed when he fell from his dinghy near South Stradbroke Island around 5.30pm yesterday.

Paramedics raced to Paradise Point jetty, however all rescue efforts were unsuccessful and the man was pronounced deceased.
According to police, the skipper fell overboard while manoeuvring his small boat.
Bystanders from another nearby boat managed to pull the man from the water.
Police say the bystanders immediately performed CPR before they took the man to the Paradise Point jetty.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
