A woman has been taken to hospital following a vehicle rollover in the Whitsundays.

Driving her car down Crystal Brook Rd, a woman in her 20s went off the road and rolled over at around 9.30 this morning.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said she suffered a leg injury in the crash and was transported to Proserpine Hospital in a stable condition.

This comes after two women wound up taking a late night ambulance ride to Mackay Hospital after a crash in the Northern Beaches last night.

Just after 9.30 December 7 a Mercedes Benz collided with a Toyota Yaris at the intersection of Rosewood Dr and Mackay-Bucasia Rd in Rural View leaving one car in the middle of the intersection while the other went off the road.

Paramedics assessed three patients at the scene and took two women to hospital in a stable condition.
