Step aside Mackay bowlers, there’s a new king in town.

Sarina’s Joshua Skuse has shot to the top of the bowling rankings, a 2-20 display enough to see him leapfrog Magpies third-grade duo Brendan Whitby and Aaron Kirby into top spot.

Despite a rare misstep from Lance Ryan - dismissed for 14 by a fellow club president in Norths’ Robbie Brett - he retains top spot in the batting rankings.

An unbeaten 96 from Sam Vassallo not only lifted Walkerston into the first-grade T20 finals, but catapulted him into fifth in the batting rankings - and second out of the first-grade players - behind only Pioneer Valley’s Cody Filewood, who continued his strong T20 campaign with a 46-ball 45.

Discover the batting and bowling rankings for every Mackay senior cricketer below.

*Note: The tables only take into account a player’s statistics from a single grade, so player’s that have played multiple grades don’t have their statistics combined, and only first and second grade performances from the respective T20 competitions are included
