With the first half of the Mackay Cricket 2024/25 season in the books, we’ve compiled the stats for every single player to feature in the competition so far.
Luke Jackson was the leading run scorer in Mackay across the one-day competition, compiling 430 runs at an average of 71.67 to beat out fellow first graders Cameron Keene (371 runs @ 74.20) and Cody Filewood (322 runs @ 80.50).
The top ranked non first grade player was Peter Maczkowiack of Sarina in 4th grade, who scored 300 runs at an average of 60.
The most damaging bowler of the season was Robert Brett in second grade for Norths who picked up 27 wickets, while the next three players (Jordan Gray-Knight, Caleb Moss and Malkeet Singh) all also played second grade.
Andrew Borg of Magpies (18 wickets @ 9.44) was the top ranked bowler from first grade.
In order to qualify for the list, a player must have had at least one innings batting-wise listed on PlayCricket, or one over for bowling.
Individual player stats from different grades have been ranked separately.
