A teen charged over the alleged kidnapping of a teen boy south of Mackay will allegedly be breached over other charges.

Storm Michael Spurling is one of two people charged after a 14-year-old boy was allegedly forced into a vehicle at knifepoint in the Bakers Creek area.

He is facing a number of offences including deprivation of liberty and dangerous driving following a police pursuit in February.

It is alleged the vehicle drove around Mackay for several hours with the teen in the boot, eventually stopping outside the Night Owl in Slade Point about 10.30pm on February 12.

His solicitor Robin Cathcart said she had only just received documents from community corrections in relation to alleged breach orders against her client.

Ms Cathcart told the court her client was to be allegedly breached on a large number of matters and asked for the case to be adjourned to go through the documents.

Matters were listed for April 7.
