Mehki John Milne appears in Mackay court charged with assault and robbery
A teenage apprentice received a stern warning when he applied for bail after allegedly assaulting three people, robbing one of them.

An 18-year-old apprentice spray painter has faced court after allegedly assaulting two men and a woman, accused of robbing one of them.
Sitting in plain clothes and sporting a long, dark mullet, Mehki John Milne appeared in Mackay Magistrates Court’s prisoner dock accused of assault occasioning bodily harm, common assault, entering a dwelling at night, committing a robbery in company and stealing.
The court heard Mr Milne and his co-accused Kodi David Pugh allegedly committed the offences between March 23 and March 26.
His lawyer Robyn Cathcart said her client could abide a curfew, but his inconsistent work hours would need to be incorporated.
She said Mr Milne would be able to live with his mother in Sarina.
Police prosecutor David Epstein said it was crucial Mr Milne have no contact with his alleged victims.
Magistrate Damien Dwyer agreed to the conditions of no contact and his residential address.
“[No contact] is by anything, Snapchat, Facebook ... whatever they are, nothing at all,” Mr Dwyer said.
Mr Dwyer warned Mr Milne he could not expect a trial for 12 to 15 months, and if he breached any of the conditions he would be spending that time in jail.
Mr Milne is next expected to appear in court on June 1.
His co-accused Mr Pugh is expected to apply for bail in Mackay Magistrates Court on Wednesday March 30.
