Police have launched an investigation into the death of a 57-year-old Bakers Creek man whose body was found on the banks of Bakers Creek on Christmas Day.

An investigation has launched after a body believed to be that of a 57-year-old Bakers Creek man washed up on the banks of the river.
A police spokeswoman said the man was reported missing at 6.30am on Christmas Day.
She said his body was found on the bank of Bakers Creek a short while later about 9am.
There was not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
A report for the coroner was being prepared.
