LOVERS of lychees and samplers of strawberries seeking a nice tipple on the rocks need look no further than our own backyard for their next drink.

Sarina Sugar Shed has released two flavours in its new Nice Over Ice range and it’s the essence of spring and summer in a bottle.

The Lychee NOI and Strawberry NOI, which has a hint of vanilla, join the best-selling Lime NOI in the spring range of fresh fruit rum liqueurs.

And it’s a local tipple with the locally sourced lychees and strawberries blended with sugar cane syrup produced and distilled at Sarina Sugar Shed.

Sarina Sugar Shed co-ordinator Ian Mason said it was a limited-edition release, with each bottle individually numbered.

“Last month, the SB13 three-year rum sold out in four days and we expect the new NOI range to be just as popular,” Mr Mason said.

“The Lychee NOI and Strawberry NOI are available separately or can be purchased as a twin-

pack, one bottle of each, for a double delight.

“However, there are limited quantities of this release, which is only available until sold out.”

The new brews can be purchased at the Sarina Sugar Shed gift shop, open from 9am to 4pm, seven days a week.
