Four people including two kids taken to hospital after Beaconsfield crash

Two drivers and two primary school-aged children were taken to hospital with minor injuries after a two-car crash in Beaconsfield.

Paramedics and police were called to a crash on Mansfield Dr and Nicklin Dr about 8.30am on March 28.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the drivers of both cars and the two children suffered minor seatbelt injuries from whiplash but were all in a stable condition.

They were taken to Mackay Base Hospital about 9am.

There was slight congestion but no road closures and the road has now been cleared.
