Emergency crews rushed to a Mackay intersection on Friday night after reports of two cars colliding.
Paramedics and police arrived at the intersection of Andergrove and Bedford Roads in Andergrove around 8.15pm.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the crash happened near the traffic lights.
Paramedics assessed three people before taking two patients to the Mackay Hospital in a stable condition.
