Mackay is home to one of the best financial planners in the country, being named in the Top 100 100 Financial Advisors list.
Enlightened Financial Solutions CEO James Wortley has 23 years experience and a team of 23, advising on a portfolio valued at $340 million.
Coming in at 52 on the top 100 list by Barrons, Mr Wortley was among the top 10 in Queensland.
The Top 100 Financial Advisors list by Barron’s and The Australian’s business magazine The Deal ranks the industry across the nation.
Four financial advisors from the Gold Coast were the most highly ranked Queensland professionals among the list with Macquarie Private Banks’ Anita Beckers, ranked 21st, leading the pack.
Mr Wortley was last year named as one of Australia’s 50 most influential advisers by trade publication Financial Standard.
