After a month-long journey from the United States and through the Panama Canal, four new locomotives have been unloaded at Port of Mackay for use on Aurizon’s Goonyella System to Dalrymple Bay. See the pictures.

One Rail Australia's four new ORN class Progress Rail GT46CU-ACe Gen III locomotives were unloaded from the BBC Vesuvius at Port of Mackay this week (March 28). Built in Muncie, Indiana, the Norfolk Southern Railway moved them on flat cars to the port of Norfolk in Virginia. The BBC Vesuvius left Norfolk on February 22, passed through the Panama Canal between February 27 and 28 and then took four weeks to cross the Pacific Ocean.
