A popular Whitsundays boutique is making their Mackay debut and is looking for an experienced retail salesperson to run their new storefront.
The successful candidate, who will be eligible to earn up to $69,000 a year, will run the Court and Spark boutique Canelands Shopping Centre store.
Court and Spark Boutique was started in 2012 by Airlie Beach sisters Louise and Rose after they described their dream job as them working together at their own boutique.
“Lets just do it,” they said to each other.
The two envisioned bringing trendy and affordable clothes to women and a focus on “empowering” them through fashion.
Since then the sisters have doubled the size of their original store, opened a sister store called Pearl Boutique and launched their own brand of clothing and accessories called Botika.
Twelve years later and the sisters are expanding their business to Mackay and need a store manager, sale assistants and junior casuals to do so.
Court and Spark’s ideal store manager will have two years of experience in retail and will be eligible for a salary of between $60,000 and $69,000.
The store manager will also be eligible for penalty rates, store discount, a clothing allowance, a monthly commission bonus and one rostered day off each weekend.
If interested in the position you can reach out to Court and Spark boutique’s management at hello@courtandsparkboutique.com.
