M1 delays after Pimpama crash

Northbound motorists are experiencing 30 minute delays on the M1 after a crash at Pimpama.

Emergency services are at the scene of a two-car crash on the M1 at Pimpama, northbound lanes.

One person is being assessed in a stable condition while another person declined transport to hospital.

Motorists are experiencing 30 minute delays on the M1 northbound.

As of 8.24, traffic on the M1 was backed up to Movie World and motorists were experiencing 27 minute delays.

Police have advised commuters to expect significant delays.
