A van has burst into flames producing plumes of smoke after a wreck on a Logan Motorway on-ramp at Loganholme.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the van and another car crashed at the Drews Road on-ramp intersection about 3:30pm on Tuesday.
The driver managed to escape as the electrical company van began to slowly burn and eventually reach over its roof as it sat in the middle of the road.
A Queensland Fire and Rescue spokesman said when fire crews arrived the van was fully involved but the firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze and left the scene by 4:15pm.
No entrapments or injuries were reported and paramedics were not required at the scene.
Police were still at the crash site directing traffic at 4.50pm as the scene was made safe and debris was cleared.
