A petrol station on Redbank Plains Road was alleged robbed by a man armed with a rock and stick last night.

The man allegedly tried and failed to smash his way inside the servo at Bellbird Park at 11:30pm on Thursday, December 23.

Police are seeking help to help identify a man seen in CCTV footage, who may be able to assist with investigations.

“The man then proceeded to smash the station’s glass sliding door before threatening staff and demanding cash” a police spokesman said.

“After obtaining an amount of cash, the man fled on foot on Redbank Plains Road in a northerly direction.

“The man is described as caucasian with blue eyes, a shaved head, and a goatee.

“He also has a district scar on the left-hand side of his forehead.”
