Warrego highway crash with truck sends motorcycle rider to hospital with serious injuries

Police are on the hunt for the driver of a truck involved in a hit and run on a major highway southwest of Brisbane.
The crash involved a truck and a motorcyclist on the Warrego Highway at Marburg about 2.26pm.
The motorcyclist, aged in his 30s, was left in a serious but stable condition with injuries to his shoulder and leg and the truck left the scene.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson confirmed the man was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and critical care paramedics were on board.
