We put out the call to find the best beauty therapist in Ipswich and Springfield, and a clear winner has emerged.
Vanessa Zarb from Beauty On Belle Skin & Body Lounge soared to the top of our poll to claim the number one spot.
Ms Zarb has been working in the beauty industry for 36 years, and said she still had not lost her passion for skincare.
“What I love about beauty is that it’s always evolving, and I’m always learning new things,” she said.
Ms Zarb said it was an honour and surprise to be recognised for this achievement, especially after working in the industry for so long.
She is grateful to those who nominated her, and for the support of her clients – some of which she said have been seeing her for more than 30 years.
Ms Zarb said what she loved most about her job was the opportunity it gave her to help people.
“I love educating clients and teaching them to take better care of their skin,” she said.
Ms Zarb has worked at Beauty On Belle Skin & Body Lounge in Ipswich for 20 years, and became co-owner two years ago.
The salon specialises in facial and body care, and provides a range of treatments including lash tinting, waxing, and make-up application.
