Police are calling for witnesses to an alleged shooting incident at Parkinson in the early hours of Monday morning.

Emergency services were called to a suburban house just after 12.30am following reports of shots being fired in the area.

Police, who are treating the matter as a case of serious wilful damage incident, said the occupants of the property were at home but nobody was injured and no ambulance was required.

Officers who attended reported damage to the property from multiple shots.

No other details were released but the property was declared a crime scene and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
