POLICE from Ipswich's Tactical Crime Squad have netted a large cannabis haul following a raid on a Goodna property.
Two people have been charged following the execution of the search warrant yesterday.
Police will allege they uncovered several garbage bin bags worth of marijuana, as well as some paraphernalia and a set of nun chucks, hidden within the residence.
Senior Sergeant Glenn Fleming said a total of 11kg in marijuana plants was seized, including about 6.5kg in cannabis.
Police were yet to estimate the street value of the seizure.
A man was charged with drug possession, permiting a place to be used in commision of a crime, possession of a drug utensil, possession of items used in commission of an offence, and possession of items intended for use in the commission of an offence.
A woman was charged with drug possession, utensil possession, permitting a place to be used in commission of a crime and possession of items used in commission of an offence.
Both will face Ipswich Magistrates Court at a later date.
Investigations into drug activity in Goodna are ongoing.
