Multiple crashes cause considerable delays for commuters
A FOUR vehicle crash has caused traffic mayhem on the Ipswich Motorway on Monday morning.

UPDATE 10AM: The Ipswich Motorway has been cleared following a four vehicle crash earlier this morning.
Police say delays in clearing the crash, which was first reported 6.30am, were largely due to difficulties involved in moving a truck that was involved.
No serious injuries were reported.
The crash was one of several reported across the Ipswich area during morning peak-hour traffic.
Ipswich police say crashes were also reported on the Cunningham Hwy at Blackstone, Brisbane Rd at Bundamba, Cemetery Rd at Raceview and the intersection of Churchill St and East St near the Ipswich Hospital.
A 57-year-old woman was treated on scene by paramedics following the crash near the hospital, which was reported about 8am.
The crashes resulted in some considerable delays for commuters this morning.
EARLIER: A four-vehicle crash has caused traffic mayhem this morning on the Ipswich Motorway.
Emergency services were alerted to the crash near Riverview at 6.30am.
The crash zone is near where the Cunningham Highway merges with the Ipswich Motorway.
A heavy-duty tow truck is currently on-route to remove a semi-trailer which was involved in the crash.
The crash is affecting all lanes of the motorway.
Police are urging people to avoid the area if possible.
It is understood no one has been seriously injured in the crash.
Several other minor accidents have been reported across the Ipswich region this morning.
A single vehicle rollover was reported on the Cunningham Hwy at Blackstone about 8.30am, while a two-vehicle accident has been reported at Brisbane Rd, Bundamba about 9.30am.
There is also a report of a two-vehicle crash near the Ipswich Cemetery, involving a parked vehicle.
