A MAN is receiving treatment at Ipswich Hospital following a suspected snake bite at Mt Mort, near Rosewood.
Paramedics were called to the corner of Alpers Rd and Kings Rd about 10.59am.
An ambulance spokeswoman says a 37-year-old man has been transported to Ipswich Hospital with a bite on the shin from an unknown snake.
He is undergoing blood tests.
