The Ipswich Mwy is expected to remain closed for a longperiod after a truck and a car collided near Redbank on Friday morning, June 14.

A police spokesman said the crash happened at 11.30am at Mine St.

“Both east and west off-ramps are temporarily closed while emergency services attend,” he said.

“Motorists are urged to avoid the area.’’

The condition of the car’s occupants was yet to be confirmed.
