A man will stand trial for murder three years after the death of a young Raceview father.
Graham Shawn Cleary, 47, from Moores Pocket, will defend the charge that he murdered 29-year-old Adam Davies at a unit complex in Bergin Street at Booval on January 5, 2019.
Cleary’s trial has been set for October 11 in the Brisbane Supreme Court.
The date was mentioned in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Thursday when barrister Kevin Rose appeared on behalf of Cleary for unrelated charges.
Mr Rose said the trial would likely extend into two weeks.
