A TEENAGE girl has been airlifted to the PA Hospital with serious injuries following a jet ski-ing accident on Somerset Dam today.
Police say the girl, 16, hit her head after falling from a water craft near The Spit recreational area about midday.
The girl was a passenger on the jet ski, which was also towing a person on a tube shortly before the accident.
An ambulance spokesman says the girl suffered a seizure in the water before being taken to dry land.
The Rescue 500 chopper was called for the victim, who has sustained suspected shoulder and spinal injuries.
She was in a stable condition at the time she was taken to hospital.
